Submission Checklist

The following documents are considered a complete package. "Piece mail" submissions are not accepted.
Please do not submit original documents as all documents submitted are electronically scanned and shredded.

1.   Copy of Most Recent Mortgage Statement(s)
2.   Complete Copy of Loan Documents for all Loans to be Modified
3.   Copy of Borrowers ID conforming to Patriot Act*
4.   Hardship Letter (explaining clients current financial situation)

*Acceptable forms of identification generally consist of a copy of the client(s) Passport, or a valid Drivers License and Social Security Card. A list of other acceptable forms of ID may be requested, please contact your Account Executive for details.
